Pam Mitchell

Certified with Aerobic & Fitness Association of America, Pam has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She began her career as an aerobic instructor leading into group fitness, including a variety of classes taught: low impact aerobics w/strength, circuit training, Silver Sneakers, step, indoor cycling & rowing.

Pam is qualified to work with all fitness levels. Specializing in Senior Fitness and also clients who play tennis and golf. She finds it very rewarding to help clients improve their lives, skills and reach their fitness goals.
